礦山機械重選設備重介質分流程動態原理圖

重介質分選機是根據阿基米得原理，將被分選原煤在一定密度的懸浮液中按密度差異進行分層和分離的設備。其工藝過程：

      經預先篩分后的原煤（一般大于13mm或6mm）進入充滿重介懸浮液槽體中進行分選。懸浮液的密度自動調節。密度小于懸浮液的物料浮至液面，在水平流的作用下，隨排料口的溢流排出，從而得到兩種不同密度的產品。所不同的是，刮板分選機利用上升流，而立軸和輪軸分選機則是利用下降流來維持懸浮液的穩定。

The raw coal(usually greater than 13 mm or 6 mm) after pre-screening enters the filled heavy dielectric suspension body for sorting. The density of suspension is adjusted automatically. The material with a density less than that of suspension floats to the liquid surface, and under the action of horizontal flow, it is discharged with the overflow of the discharge outlet to obtain two products with different densities. The difference is that the scraper separator uses upwelling, while the vertical and axle separators use descending currents to maintain the stability of the suspension.

        重介質分選機操作與日常保養維護

      (1) 嚴格執行設備的操作規程，開車前檢查分選槽底，提升輪或刮板是否有異物卡壓：開車過程中注意提升輪是否有偏擺及卡阻現象檢查各部位潤滑及溫升。

  （2）開車前先接通介質泵，使分選槽內充滿合格介質，刮板分選機工作介質液面應高于溢溜口100-120mm左右。
 隨時檢查分選槽液位及密度，介質添加執行機構和分流裝置，調整分選密度，達到要求值
  （3）檢查齒棒卡板固定情況，如有松動，停車處理。

   （4）潤滑
              提升輪軸，用3號鈣基潤滑脂，每半年至1年更換一次。
              減速器，用40號機油，3-6個月更換一次。
              排媒輪軸，用3號鈣基潤滑脂，每半年至一年更換一次。
              外傳東傘齒輪，用3號鈣基潤滑脂，每周清理更換一次。
    （5）其他注意事項等等。。。。。。
            常見故障處理：
            （1）刮板鏈及襯板磨損。處理辦法：更換。
            （2）刮板鏈錯牙走斜
              辦法處理：松開尾部螺旋拉緊裝置，調整后，再拉。并保證要兩側刮板鏈張緊度一致。
Common fault handling:

(1) scraper chain and lining wear. Solution: replace.

(2) the wrong teeth of the scraper chain are inclined

Method: loosen the tail screw tension device, adjust, then pull. And ensure that both sides of the chain scraper tension is consistent.
